i got to watch live in chicago earlier! just three comments, really. okay, four. five things.

01. i forgot how fucking hilarious ryan's "british accent" was. i think he's mostly dropped it now, right? but holy fuck, it was in full effect on the dvd and i was dyyyyyying.

02. i've seen the disco, what, four times now? and i'd never noticed that jon and brendon switch instruments on "mad as rabbits." i approve!

03. they are all really fucking adorable. and zack continues to be fucking awesome, and i'm going to start tagging "i love zack hall" everywhere i go.

04. i know people are always like "LOL PANIC AT THE DISCO." actually, i think lots of ~us~ *hand gestures to include myself and assorted other disco fans* are often like "LOL PANIC AT THE DISCO." but you know what, guys? they're a pretty rad band. like...they're good. this is not exactly news, but sometimes i like to reiterate.

05. "northern downpour" will never not turn me into a puddle of fangirl love. ♥_♥ i won't even tell you guys how many times i listened to that song before i noticed the kerouac reference, lol.

i redid my layout now that the election's over (sorry obama, ilu still, mr. president!) and i'm kind of ridiculously in love with my header. for once something i made came out exactly how i wanted it to, anddddd the little userinfo icons for this layout are IPODS you guys! \o/

fic: way way late to the game on this one and i'm still actually in the middle of reading it, but omg: shacklesnchains. it's epic bandom AU slavefic! which sounds ridic, but omg, you guys, it is SO GOOD and well-written and the world is so fully imagined and the ANGST and just, omg, go read it. it's primarily panic with a healthy dose of TAI and MCR and some cobra and FOB and some gym class and just...EVERYONE is in it at some point, from what i can tell. from the userinfo:

things i would like to read, david cook-wise:

~ entourage-style fic in which david is vinnie (obvs), andy skib is eric, andrew is drama and michael johns is turtle, and wacky hijinks ensue. bonus points for the inclusion of jeremy piven in any way, shape, or form. also if vinnie & E suddenly, finally realize their love for one another.

~ a nancy drew-esque romp in which cook and archuleta solve a mystery. omg, or better yet, noir-style. trenchcoats! fedoras! archie as the wide-eyed innocent, cook as the caustic detective and ryan seacrest as the femme fatale!

thing i would like to read, bandom-wise:
