yesterday morning: i was in a hurry, so instead of going to starbucks for my coffee, i decided to drive thru dunkin donuts, which is much closer. i pulled into the drive-thru and there was a sign that it was closed, so i went inside and ordered an iced mocha swirl latte, at which point i was informed that they were totally out of milk and therefore unable to fill my order. wtf? that'll teach me to abandon my 'bucks. D:

yesterday afternoon: i finally saw the wrestler and it was wonderful. mickey rourke broke my heart. and damn, marisa tomei looks good. O.O highly highly recommended.

last night: i got thru 5.18 of buffy ('the body' and 'forever' both had me sobbing! ;___;) and 2.17 of angel (when he buys cordy the new clothes, omg, hilaaaaarious). also lindsey is really hot. jsyk. love both shows to bits. ♥_♥

this morning: i watched this week's FNL. she brought him a cheeseburger!!! oh my HEART.

today: i got my first (that i can recall) 'wrong number' text from some poor girl who was trying to ask a classmate about their exam tomorrow. i told her she had the wrong number but wished her luck on her test. :)

now: i am about to write a couple of reviews for work and then moar tv!! \o/

...and that's what's going on with me. :D

so i'm finally watching the season premiere of FNL, and i'm only like 10 minutes in, maybe, but is there going to be some kind of explanation for what the hell's going on? like for example what a certain dude is doing in a certain young lady's bedroom? because unless i blacked out and missed some extra eps at the end of S2 (or else forgot a lot of things that happened? i guess it WAS a long time ago), i am confused.

however, despite my epic confusion, ugh, i love this show sfm. if i could recommend one show to people, it'd be friday night lights. HEARTS in my EYES, you guys.

i watched the most recent (i will NOT call it the "last" ep, no way, nuh uh) episode yesterday and just. dlkjhffkgjh it CANNOT be over. i mean, i want it to go on for years and years and years, but at the very least it needs to finish out the season. or fuck, at LEAST let them make one more fucking episode so it can have a real ending.

lkfgflghfghfjghlk if it doesn't come back, i will cry forever.

oh, and fyi: don't go see we own the night. hot mess. great acting (especially joaquin phoenix, mark wahlberg was actually kind of bland tbh), but the plot was blah and implausible for so many reasons. for example, ( unspecific but big-ish spoiler. ) and it veered into serious melodrama and was too long and just...yeah. do not want!

i had a dream last night about taking a trip to some bookstore to buy the last harry potter book, which wasn't deathly hallows but apparently some book that came after. albus dumbledore and the naked wizard limbo, maybe, idk.

honestly, you guys. i would not lie to you. i don't like football. i don't care about football. this show? NOT ABOUT FOOTBALL. it is about family and friends and first love and being a teenager and being a PERSON and overcoming adversity (real adversity) and just. UGH. WATCH IT PLEASE? it's literally the best show i've ever watched, and the ratings are never good, and i'm terrified that it'll be canceled.

SO WATCH THE FUCKING SHOW AND SPARE YOURSELF MY EMO RANTS IF IT GETS CANCELED.

at the very least, watch this scene - it's brief and funny and i love it. and there's a dwight cameo.

FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS 2x01 IS STREAMING ON YAHOO!!!!

if you've never watched this show, get with the fucking program and get the DVDs, or else look here for another method. *cough* if you need further assistance in that matter, yell at me and i will provide some.

honestly, this is the best fucking show, like, ever. it doesn't matter if you hate football or cheerleaders or texas. if you have ever been a teenager, if you have ever been in love, if you've ever hated your parents or hated your life or hated yourself, if you've ever been so fucking happy that you didn't think you could take one more breath without just...exploding everywhere...you will like this show. it's real, and it's moving, and it's funny, and it's just...omg, you guys, i cannot say enough. it's the closest thing i've ever found to my so-called life, despite the shows, in theory, being extremely different. also, if you're shallow like me, the cast is GORGEOUS, and the fact that it took me so long to get to that particular point should give you some idea of how fantastic this show really is.

OMGGGGGGG I AM SO EXCITED I MIGHT DIE.

i love masi oka as much as the next girl, but i'm still not sure why he gets nominated for acting awards; i just don't see it.

SO OVER grey's anatomy, although i'm totally happy for the nominated actors. and glad for no ellen pompeo, lol.

i looooove boston legal, but it really isn't a drama. it and desperate housewives should switch.

furious and honestly kind of heartbroken over FNL snubs. really, i can't even talk about it right now. utterly disappointed.

FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS IS THE BEST FUCKING SHOW EVER. NO LIE. i'm not even going to cut this, because i can't speak coherently about anything plot-related anyway. but this show...is made of beautiful. if you don't watch it, i cannot recommend it highly enough. honestly. perfection. omg. i was in tears almost the entire episode - the good kind, the kind that feel like they're just, like, love pouring out of your eyes. gah. kjdfhakgjhgukhliuerhjkcvl.
