hello darlings! miss me?

i'm in vegas with my mom. mom is awesome. vegas is awesome. vegas with my mom? not really all that awesome. there's been a lot of sitting around doing nothing, as vegas is too big, crowded, and cold (according to mom), neither of us are much of gamblers (altho i won fifty bucks yesterday!), mom doesn't really drink...there's just not too much for the two of us to do here. i had a crepe today for lunch and latkes for dinner, which i thought was kind of an odd but tasty variation on the pancake tour of north america. and we did go see ká and love, both of which were rad, and tomorrow we're having lunch with lara and then seeing penn & teller tomorrow night. so, really, things are not too shabby.

and then! on tuesday i will, god-willing, be getting a faceful of dfc and his boys. also more lara, which is always a win. ♥

i'm up to 2.15 of buffy! i am so in love with oz that it's ridiculous. i've adored seth green since can't hardly wait and he's so adorable as oz that i want to diiiie. pretty much i love everybody, tho. and i know spike/buffy is the big otp but i sort of love spike/dru. and just drusilla in general. i'm a sucker for crazy waifish chicks, i guess - i always loved river on firefly.

but srsly? OZ. ♥____♥ as i said to lara earlier, fuck angel! oz should get his own show.

one other thing i have to say: buffy is making me miss the fuck out of veronica mars. i see why people compare them so often. so far, tho, i still love vm way more. s1 of vm, anyway. (and some of s2.) i think when i finish buffy there will be a vm s1 marathon happening. i need some logan echolls in my life. <3
