"Luscious" actually kind of bothers me, but depends on the context. "Incredulous" is an awesome word.

I absolutely love "recalcitrant". "Ecstatic" and "jubilant" are also fun words, to be countered by "diabolical", "malevolent", and "ruthless". "Anachronistic" is an amazing word that now holds good, dorky memories for me, ahahaha.

I also love a lot of music words. Scordatura, fermata, cacophony/euphony, crescendo/decrescendo, accelerando, etc. *dooork*

Tempo words are really pretty, yeah. :D I always get really disappointed when we get a piece for orchestra with German tempo markings, because they're just not nearly as nice (and also I have no clue what they mean o__O).

I play the cello! And am starting on the guitar, but that's slow going, and I know the basics of piano but haven't played in years.

Viola! I looove the viola, oh man. It's such a lovely instrument and I am partial to C-strings, for obvious reasons. And hee, I know what you mean. I've been aiming to get my boyfriend to teach me, but we've had no time and so I think I'm probably back to trying to figure it out myself.
