i hate that he's playing here the same night as phantom planet is playing. i've not missed a show of his here in years. mgc and i actually had a kind of intense talk about him, as an artist and a person, the last time i saw mgc (in october). so, with that insight, i wish it was a different night that either of them was playing. :(
