happy dcook day!

raise your hand if you're excited!

also: i very deliberately hung the "privacy" tag on my hotel room door last night, and the maid still knocked on my door at 9:30 and wouldn't stop knocking and yelling "housekeeping!!! until i woke up and went over to the door and asked her to come back. hate hate hate. i'm not usually a big complainer, but the front desk is so having a visit from me. >:O

Yay Tuesday! :D

Also? That housekeeping chick needs to DIAF. Why give you the option of putting a DND sign on your door if they're going to ignore it???

*RAISES HAND*

2 songs tonight, woo!

And yesss, go raise hell. I got woken up this morning, after getting like, 2 hours of sleep, by the bitch from hell from the food stamp office, and she was a TOTAL bitch who made me feel like, 2 inches tall for needing government assistance. HAAATE.

Oh, and that housekeeper sounds terrible. That's on the door for a reason. That's worse than them not calling you when you tell them to.

Alas, my *raises hand* icon has the incorrect smooshable boy in it, but it shall do.

I honestly can't remember a hotel I've been in where the "Do Not Disturb" tag was obeyed. Why do they even have those if they're not going to read them? O.o

Eeeeeeeeeeee, I am SO excited. I can't believe he's doing so well. In the beginning of the season, like top 24ish time I believed, I talked about loving him and called him a "doomed" contestant. I didn't think Archuleta-lovin' America would get on board with him. I'm SO glad I was wrong!!!!!

I was awake at 7 thanks to my 9am class, but I still didn't need a phone call from my dad's nurse who think he's his own contact person.

...No, seriously.

Way late for this, but you're a better person than me because I would have looked her dead in the face, pointed to the privacy tag, and then closed the door without saying a word in her face. I'm not one to screw with when I'm sleepy. I think they just want to get all their work done by a certain time so they can chill for the rest of their shift or bail out early, and privacy tags completely ruin that. To which I say, not my problem.

The last time I was in a hotel my door had a bolt on it, and housekeeping came bounding in one morning without even knocking - or would have, had I not bolted the door. Bolts FTW, heh.
