so i'm about to walk into the DMV and finally get myself a new york driver license (only 10 months late! XD) and i've just discovered that the county department of mental health is in an adjoining building. i guess it's kind of like putting a funeral parlor next to a nursing home.

there actually is a nursing home right next to a funeral parlor near my house, haha. in saudi arabia, they have these markets called souqs, which are all organized by what they sell, so there's a meat souq, a gold souq, etc, so we always call it the death souq. there's also a party supply store in case you need to.... decorate for the wake or something.
