speaking of cobra starship: have you heard elisa's solo stuff? it is so bad, and yet, i cannot stop listening to it.

ooh, and metro station is playing with cobra starship in february at the troubadour and i'm totally going to go hang out outside ('cause it's sold out) and hope that the door guy lets me in for free, because he sometimes does. not because i will die if i don't see cobra starship; more because i'm crossing my fingers and hoping one mr. peter lewis kingston wentz iii shows up.

Quick question for you... are most of the songs on AD pretty upbeat? I'm looking for good workout music and I like Break Anotha but wasn't sure if that was a good representation of the rest of the songs on the album.

yeah, i'd say it's about 3/4 upbeat. there are a few slower songs on there but even those (except one) are pretty rhythmic, i think they'd be good for working out. BA is probably the most manic track on there but i can think of at least 6 other songs that seem very elliptical machine-friendly. :)
