i can't believe jenna and james are splitting up

so sad. and although i haven't seen TOO many, the people who are like "YAY JOHN/JENNA CAN HOOK UP NOW"? douchebags. stfu.

also, i got pulled over today for talking on the phone while driving. the guy let me off with a warning, and THANK FUCKING GOD - when i called my friend back who i'd been talking to, she told me her neighbor got a ticket for that yesterday and it was FIVE HUNDRED BUCKS. i would've lost my fucking mind.

You're supposed to use a hands-free device to talk on the phone in Chicago, but I have never, ever heard of someone getting a ticket for not doing so. I'm still paranoid every time I talk on my phone, though.

I know! I saw it on myspace too, and I couldn't believe it. I feel so bad for both of them, but what a classy way to address it. Hopefully they'll both make it through stronger for it.

And *why* are people getting excited that Jenna/John can hook up now? Frankly now I'm worried. I've been saving myself for John and now that little tramp might go and steal him right out from under me! ;) (hmm, or over me... or behind me... or... wow, now I'm just embarrassing myself)

I'm kind of a bitch when it comes to phones in cars - I know it's not illegal everywhere, but it is illegal in NY. Everyone in my house either has a hands free or bluetooth, and I normally get really mad at my friends if they call me when they're driving. I mean, I trust my friends are decent drivers? It's just I've seen too many douchebags on the road holding cell phones, who've nearly killed me.

yuck, glad you didn't get a ticket. we have till 2008 here in CA for that phone thing. personally i think me fumbling for a handsfree and cramming it in my ear while driving is more dangerous than me flipping open my phone (cause i am not wearing a bluetooth on my head 24/7, that shit is NOT klassy to me)

holy crap that's a lot of money. it's only around a hundred here. and you can't get ticketed unless you got pulled over for something else.
