In Microsoft Word you can probably get that by going to Insert > Symbol and searching around. If you need it for PS/PSP you could probably type it into Word and then screencap it and make it into a brush...
There's probably an easier way, but that's all I've got. :P
With what flyingspatulas said, if you go to Start > All Programs > Accesories > System Tools > Character Map, you will also find the sign about 2/3 of the way down and you can copy and paste into Word or whatever (assuming you have Windows).
Searching google, it doesn't really seem to be in any fonts normally unless you somehow manually add it yourself? Silly Windows!
