you probably will be bored by this so just skip the reading and buy the t-shirt...
so some people have been wondering why i have stepped out to support a candidate now... for the most part i am a pretty liberal but apolitical person. i feel that our government is stunted due to its reliance on a two-party system. it allows all of the candidates in both parties to become close to mirror images of each other knowing that we are forced to vote for the lesser of two evils. ( i thought that the lesser of two evils didn't mean much until bush arrived in office. now i know better. i believe that obama is a mix of the most electable and exciting of all the candidates. for the first time in years when i was watching the new hampshire primary i was excited. )

so tonight i got the chance to see the new will smith movie, I am legend. i found myself sitting between colin hanks and ron howard in a total "how did this shitty dude sneak in here" moment. though i must progress to be an even shittier dude and say i am a huge fan of the book "i am legend" and movie does not quite live up to it.
in all my haste to become the world's greatest asshole i forgot to say congratulations to all of our friends who were nominated for a grammy- so to paramore, mcr, panic, and the plain white t's- wanted to say we are very proud of you and good luck.
