and yeah, i've been pleasantly surprised at the rents we've been seeing online. i mean, ok, some places are hideously expensive, but we've seen a fair amount of places that i think would be great that are within our price range. \o/
of course, once we actually go look at them they may end up being horrible closet-sized holes in the wall, but so far i'm cautiously optimistic. :D
