*sigh* Blake doesn't hate Sanji. Their personalities seem to be pretty similar, considering the spazzy dorkage and the fact that Blake is just a 6-year-old in a 26-year-old body, so naturally they would grate on each other's nerves. But everyone's going to annoy each other some in that close of an environment. Sanjaya has said in interviews that, in their little family, Blake was like the fun older brother who let you do things you weren't supposed to, and Blake has said that he was sad to see Sanji go when he was eliminated. Jordin said that they all agreed to not talk about Sanjaya for at least a week after he got eliminated because they all cared about him so much and it was painful to talk about it. Also? This icon. Those two are full of love and gigglefits.
