yesterday morning: i was in a hurry, so instead of going to starbucks for my coffee, i decided to drive thru dunkin donuts, which is much closer. i pulled into the drive-thru and there was a sign that it was closed, so i went inside and ordered an iced mocha swirl latte, at which point i was informed that they were totally out of milk and therefore unable to fill my order. wtf? that'll teach me to abandon my 'bucks. D:

yesterday afternoon: i finally saw the wrestler and it was wonderful. mickey rourke broke my heart. and damn, marisa tomei looks good. O.O highly highly recommended.

last night: i got thru 5.18 of buffy ('the body' and 'forever' both had me sobbing! ;___;) and 2.17 of angel (when he buys cordy the new clothes, omg, hilaaaaarious). also lindsey is really hot. jsyk. love both shows to bits. ♥_♥

this morning: i watched this week's FNL. she brought him a cheeseburger!!! oh my HEART.

today: i got my first (that i can recall) 'wrong number' text from some poor girl who was trying to ask a classmate about their exam tomorrow. i told her she had the wrong number but wished her luck on her test. :)

now: i am about to write a couple of reviews for work and then moar tv!! \o/

...and that's what's going on with me. :D

oh god, i was a basket case. the part that got me the worst was actually willow in her room with tara, flipping out and changing her clothes a thousand times and just falling apart. and then anya breaking down because she just couldn't understand. MY HEART. ;_______;

Ugh, the Body hits me in the worst way possible cause my own mom's situation was ~sort~ of similar and the whole "no music" thing, and things looking all weird and out of context and zoomed in were exactly like what happened to me.
I think he got all the emotions spot on.
I'm amazed at how much emotion was packed into that episode.
After the credits? The dinner? Ouch.

The scene at the school is what makes me lose my shit all the time. It's the saddest thing ever. :(

I can't believe how GOOD the writing, the acting, the EVERYTHING was.

Like I said, I'm on s4 now, and ohman. Kill me already.

oh, the emotion was perfect. anything on tv or in movies with a parent who dies always hits me super hard because it just makes me think of my dad and how it's like you're just living in this stunned, cold, impossible state. it all just broke my heart.

the parts with willow just losing it and then anya breaking down absolutely ruined me. because it was so real. like, wtf? what DO you do? why DOES that stuff happen? ughhhh my HEART.

I think it's incredible and beautiful but I've only watched The Body once, it was too realistic for me to ever see it again.

my grandmother died in her sleep going on 14 years ago, and my mother found her. had i had a key to her house i would have found her, because i went there earlier in the day, but got no answer at the door. "the body" is one of the most moving and wrenching pieces of tv or film i've ever seen. it captures emotions i've never seen captured on screen elsewhere.
