so, scott had to take his car to the shop this morning, which means that i had to follow him there and take him to work, which means i've been up for over an hour already. faillll. *yawns*

anyway, so like. ok. a certain segment of david cook fans have this thing going where they keep making up dorky embarrassing names for fans of all the members of his band? the most recent (and most mortifying) of which is for fans of his drummer, kyle peek. and it is peek-a-boos. i know, right? ugh. and they keep numbered lists, so that someone can declare that they are peek-a-boo #7 or whatthefuckever. i know it's all well-intentioned, but it makes me cringe and facepalm like whoa. i do not support this movement.

HOWEVER. from what i can tell, there is currently no horrible name for fans of the extremely cute bassist, joey clement. probably because nobody could think of anything lame enough to suffice.

so, it's now my goal to make "joe mamas" happen. who's with me? :D

UNRELATED: true blood was all sorts of awesome last night. i jumped, like, three feet at the end. this show just keeps getting better.

i'm so bummed that amy is such a fucking psycho! i knew she had to be some kind of faker, but i felt SO horrible for that poor sad old gay vampire. he just wanted to watch heroes you guys. :(((( when he was screaming and begging, i was hiding behind my hands. i also hid behind my hands when he and lafayette were kissing because it was just all sorts of wrong.

NOT all sorts of wrong, however, is eric! mmmm. hotass viking vampires ftw! i very much enjoyed him taking a bath at bill's and the exchange about texting made me giggle.

sam is SO cute and he bothers me SO much.

i hope tara gets better. i love her sass and all, but girl is clearly suffering.

i died of cute when rene proposed to arlene. he's so hot and i love his cajun accent, and i think it's sweet how accepting he is of bill. and arlene is a total spaz but i find her entertaining. i hope neither of them end up dying at any point.

sookie and bill remain totes otp! all of the stuff with them and arlene's kids was supercute.

i feel sad for what's-his-name with the PTSD from iraq. :(

and again, the ending! ack! i seriously jumped and gasped. *holds sookie*

next week looks insane in a good way, and yay for more eric!

also, theory based on almost nothing: the killer of those chicks and sookie's grandma is that quiet sweet dude whose name i can't remember; the one who told tara she looked pretty and then got yelled at? i'm way suspicious of him. *stares*

i had the same thought about "word heroes" earlier, actually. i think it started to mean people who were fans of both of them, but...yeah. meh.

Yeah, I get where the word heroes were coming from, but when I first heard the name, I immediately though oh great. Let's draw attention away from him and onto his more famous friend, make it seem like he's hanging on his coattails.
If there absolutely HAS to be a stupid fanclub name, I vote for skiblets.

Yeah, it's also some weird ranking bullshit thing. Like, you're more important if you're in the first few numbers, the bigger fan then. And just... WTF?

Wanna count the size of the fandom, count the number of registered users or whatever.

It's also eerily recminiscent of prisoner numbers or whatever. Just... no. I'm Cate, I'm a fan, and I don't do no stinking numbers.
